Mendocino - Day 1

Kate and I celebrated our second wedding anniversary in Mendocino last weekend. We had an amazing, relaxing weekend. And we took a ton of pictures, so here they are.

A few roadside shots from HWY 128, outside of Yountville

We stopped for some good mexican food at Libby's in Boonville

Then we stopped at a few wineries in the Anderson Valley - first, Breggo

Then Goldeneye , which is on an amazing piece of land

Then we found an Apple Farm that Kate had read about

Sheep at Navarro Vineyards

The parking lot at Husch Vineyards

Back on 128, among the redwoods

The coastline, not far from Mendocino

Approaching the Brewery Gulch Inn

The ocean view from our room

After appetizers at the Inn, we went into Mendocino and found Patterson's Pub - met some really nice locals and I got some amazing fresh oysters for dinner

Then it was back to our room, to rest by the fire and get ready for Day 2...
