So we had a doctor's appointment yesterday afternoon and Mike said the funniest thing. I have been extremely nervous about the baby lately, just worrying that something will be wrong with it...was sharing my (completely unfounded) worries with the doctor and mentioned that I can't wait for the ultrasound next week, just so I can see it with my own eyes. Then Mike says, "Yeah, we want to make sure it doesn't have an arm growing out of its head, or something like that." Our doctor totally lost it...but then, after laughing for at least thirty seconds, she said, "oh, I shouldn't laugh, that really can happen."
Great, just great...one more thing to worry about.

Kate please share the name of your doctor. Everyone should have an OB with a sense of humor! On second thought, keep it close, you don't want to have trouble getting in to see her...
